My name is Margie Stibora and I have been selling homes in the Bryan and College Station areas for over 29 years. I am committed to integrity, sincerity, and earning customer respect one transaction at a time. I am a founding broker and owner of Ashford Square Realty, LLC a top brokerage firm in the area, I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). I am affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Bryan/College Station Association of Realtors.

We are so excited to join lifeinthebrazos.com! It has long been a goal of ours to expand our “web presence” in the local area but we just couldn’t find the right fit until now. We really like what Lee James has accomplished with this site and we are impressed with his drive and ambition to create this Hyperlocal Regional Media outlet for us all to enjoy.
Current Real Estate Market Conditions in the Bryan / College Station Area
After practicing real estate almost thirty years in the Bryan / College Station area I have seen the market through the highs and lows. At the present time we are hearing about the declining market on national news on an almost daily basis. We are very fortunate that here locally we have a steady market. The appreciation in our area has been gradual. We did not have the steep incline in the market such as some of the markets on the East and West coasts. Therefore we are not experiencing the steep decline in our prices. The market statistics indicate a little slower market than last year but not an alarming decrease. I feel very positive about our local market and choose to remain optimistic.
